Casa Vicens is the first house of Gaudí, and is also the first important work of the architect, it showcases to visitors one of the key pieces of Antoni Gaudí's artistic career: the work that marked his point of departure, an architectural gem which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005. The Casa Vicens museum project consists in restoring and raising awareness of the first home Gaudí designed.

Head up to the second floor and discover the home of the permanent collection, where visitors can discover the more than 130 years of history at Casa Vicens, plus its social, cultural and artistic context. You'll be introduced to his intellectual influences plus inspirations during and after his studies, as well as his projects prior to building the house.
